Making excellent progress toward adding issuing and verifying credentials as part of #nostr #framework

Still lots of work to do in the guts and user flows, but the basic idea is that any #safebox can offer and issue a credential to any other #safebox.

The verification will be simple - it will validate the integrity of the presented credential and it's its own npub it can be trusted. Of course, very trivial at first, but I am focused on nailing down the mechanisms and infrastructure requirements. I am building on #nauth which I created to transmit health records; credentials is a more generalized use case.
