Pretty pleased with my ‘field test’ of #nostr safebox. Everyday, while touring the temples, palaces and forts in Rajasthan, India, I would make a quick note or two. Without a hitch. My server app (relay, mint and web app) ran flawlessly for the whole duration. I also conducted send, receive, and zaps with #nostr #safebox . No problems at all. I also tested the capabilities I am building for nosfabrica - where I did a test medical consultation in the middle of the desert (my wife as the test patient) - provisioning a wallet and a signed medical record.

It all works. I was also especially pleased with silent.link - it worked flawlessly and I managed to keep my mobile data burn rate to under $1 USD per day.

I see this being the future and it’s making me even more motivated to nurture #nostr into the global protocol that it deserves to be.
