This is why I am not so worried about the low number of devs working on #nostr. It’s also why I am not worried about well-funded VCs taking over the protocol.

So long as we have mission-driven individuals supported appropriately, we’ll be ok.

50% of the work is done by the square root of the number of employees.

Examples:

- If you have 10 engineers, half the output can be attributed to 3 of them.

- Out of 100 engineers, 10 will generate an output equivalent to that of the other 90!
